  • Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat interactions for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within timelines.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to process SLAs.
  • Work in a professional, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge for chat process.
