Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural visualization and a strong foundation in 3D modeling and rendering. You will assist in creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs that effectively communicate architectural designs and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs from CAD drawings or sketches
  • Produce photo-realistic renderings and visualizations for presentations and client approvals
  • Work closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and bring design concepts to life
  • Assist in developing interior and exterior perspectives for residential, commercial, or institutional projects
  • Create 3D walkthroughs or animations when required
  • Organize and manage design files and assets in a structured manner
  • Support the team in client presentations and proposal development

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools, such as:

  • SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion,

  • Rendering engines: V-Ray, Lumion, Corona Renderer, Enscape, or Twinmotion

  • Understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop
  • Strong visualization skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills ( Mandatory):

  • Experience with SketchUp & Lumion workflow
  • Understanding of architectural materials and lighting techniques
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (for walkthroughs/animations)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field
  • Recent graduates with a strong portfolio of academic or personal 3D work are encouraged to apply
