Job Title: Customer Service Associate Voice / Non-Voice (BPO)

Location: Pune (Viman Nagar / Kharadi / Magarpatta\/Yerwada depending on process)

Job Type: Full-time | International Processes | Rotational Shifts

About the Role

We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for international BPO processes across Insurance, Retail, E-commerce, and Logistics. The role involves handling customer interactions (voice & non-voice), resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience in a global work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Experienced candidates (6+ months in BPO) will be offered higher packages

Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

Comfortable with rotational US/UK shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: Up to 2.5 to 4 LPA (in-hand 18 to 27K, based on communication)

Experienced (6+ months): 4.5 to 6.5 LPA (in-hand upto 49K)

Both way cab facilities provided

5 days working | 2 days rotational off
