Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join our performance marketing and analytics team.

In this role, you'll dive deep into campaign data, performance metrics, and consumer insights to help optimize marketing strategies and drive growth for leading E-commerce brands.

You'll work closely with marketing managers, PPC specialists, and strategists to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and contribute to decisions that enhance ROI and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data across platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to track KPIs and identify opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and reports that simplify campaign performance for internal teams and clients.
  • Support the development and optimization of PPC and marketplace campaigns through data insights.
  • Conduct keyword, product, and competitor analysis to guide marketing and catalog strategies.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and brand teams to align data insights with business goals.
  • Evaluate customer behavior, conversion funnels, and ROI metrics to support growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with E-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and analytics tools to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data cleaning).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACoS, conversions).
  • Understanding of E-commerce platforms like Amazon or Flipkart is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or E-commerce analysis.
  • Internship experience in a digital marketing or E-commerce environment is a plus.
