Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage aftermarket sales activities for automobile components in Tamil Nadu region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase spare parts market share through secondary sales channels.
  • Collaborate with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-15 years of experience in aftermarket sales management or related field (automotive industry).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree (Full time) from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of auto parts sales, Axles, Bearings, Brakes, Clutches, Drivelines, Engines, Gaskets, Gears, Transmission,suspension, Air Filters,Clutch Kits, Exhaust Systems,Powertrain etc.
