Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in various Marketing functions and gain hands-on experience by working closely with top-level management. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience to kick-start their careers in Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand outreach.

* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.

* Engage with prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.

* Research market trends and competitor strategies to enhance marketing efforts.

* Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to generate leads.

* Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.

* Support event marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.

* Gather client feedback and work on improving demonstration techniques.

* Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare reports.

* Providing training and onboarding sessions for new clients.

* Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction levels and address any concerns.

* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Who We're Looking For

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Passion for exploring how technology can transform Marketing practices.
