Digital Marketing Manager

Shivalik College of Engineering (SCE) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our digital presence, brand visibility, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented professional who can combine marketing expertise with leadership skills to drive student engagement, brand awareness, and institutional growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Lead digital campaigns to drive admissions, outreach, and brand visibility for SCE.
  • Analyze marketing metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate with faculty, departments, and external agencies to create engaging content, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the college website, social media handles, and other digital platforms ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, corporate, or agency environments.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
