About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Associate who can manage clients, execute marketing strategies, and drive growth across social media platforms—especially Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, agency-style execution speed, and a hands-on understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Handling:
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Understand client requirements, goals, and brand guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and solutions.
  • Instagram Marketing:
  • Plan, create, and execute Instagram content strategies.
  • Handle Instagram accounts end-to-end (posting, captions, hashtags, scheduling, insights).
  • Manage reels, stories, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate creatives, messaging, and campaign timelines with internal teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across social media.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and internal teams.
  • Take briefs, explain concepts, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle client expectations and deliver work within deadlines.
  • Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated with digital trends, Instagram algorithms, and competitor analysis.
  • Propose new ideas, strategies, and content improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can apply).
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram Marketing & Analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and content strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaigns.
  • Must be proactive, creative, and team-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva familiarity is a plus).
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite.
  • Understanding of other platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
