As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead property operations in Gurugram, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, strong team coordination, and good maintenance standards. This role combines practical management with data-driven decision making to keep properties performing well and guests happy.

You will also help set up systems to expand our operations to other cities like Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of properties in Gurugram.
• Oversee maintenance to ensure properties are always ready for guests.
• Lead and support on-ground teams, including housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Use data and tools to track performance and improve efficiency.
• Manage property onboarding from setup to guest readiness.
• Build good working relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Work with central teams to improve operational processes.
• Report on key performance indicators regularly.
• Help develop standards for expanding to new cities.

Candidate Profile

• Professional, disciplined, and value-driven.
• Strong in operations management, team leadership, and resource optimization.
• Knowledge of property management and short-term rental operations is a plus.
• Skilled in project management, planning, and process improvement.
