Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tester Operations role based in Hyderabad. The Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the piHappiness system. Daily tasks include executing test cases, identifying and reporting issues, documenting test results, collaborating with the development team to resolve errors, and performing thorough quality checks before release. The Tester will play a key role in maintaining the system's performance and enhancing its efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in testing processes, including manual testing and automated testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking
  • Experience with bug reporting, debugging skills, and using test management software
  • Familiarity with tools for documenting test scenarios and integrating testing processes with product development
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with developers and other team members
  • Previous experience in software testing environments, particularly in customer feedback or SaaS platforms, is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
