We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong Windows Server Administration and Python scripting experience to join our Lab Operations Team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and automating global virtual lab environments used for technical training. You'll combine your system administration skills with automation expertise to ensure smooth, scalable, and reliable lab operations for learners worldwide.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on infrastructure work and Python-based automation in a dynamic, education-focused setup.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration (Primary – Windows Focused)

  • Provision, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Group Policy, RDP, and networking
  • Manage VMware ESXi/vCenter environments — snapshots, cloning, and template management
  • Support Windows-based services and applications used in lab setups (domain controllers, firewalls, management consoles)
  • Configure firewall rules, access controls, and networking for multi-tenant environments
  • Provide technical support to trainers and students using remote labs globally
  • Assist with Linux VM configuration and troubleshooting (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)
  • Manage and support remote access platforms (Guacamole, VPN, RDP gateways, SSH)

Python Automation (Secondary)

  • Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate:
  • Lab provisioning, teardown, and monitoring
  • Scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting
  • API integrations with systems like vCenter, MongoDB, and scheduling platforms
  • Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and tools for operational efficiency
  • Document automation processes and improve existing internal workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization (ESXi/vCenter)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation (advanced level)
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows networking
  • Basic experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in automation and API integration
  • Exposure to remote access technologies (VPN, Guacamole, RDP gateways)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and virtual lab systems
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
