Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Omnichannel Integration Developer
to support the implementation of a Contact Center solution leveraging
Salesforce Omnichannel
and
AWS Connect
. The ideal consultant has strong hands-on experience designing, configuring, and integrating Omnichannel case routing workflows and enabling seamless call routing through AWS Connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and optimize
    Salesforce Omnichannel
    for Case Routing.
  • Implement routing rules, queues, presence configurations, and agent productivity features.
  • Integrate Salesforce with
    AWS Connect
    for call routing and contact center workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end Contact Center capability.
  • Troubleshoot routing, call flow, and integration issues across Omnichannel & AWS Connect.
  • Document configurations, integration designs, and deployment steps.
  • Support testing, UAT, performance validation, and production deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7+ years
    of Salesforce development/configuration experience.
  • Strong expertise with
    Salesforce Omnichannel
    —case routing, presence, supervisor tools, and work assignment logic.
  • Proven experience integrating
    Salesforce with AWS Connect
    for call routing.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center operations and routing models.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (Omnichannel, Service Cloud, Platform Developer) are a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CTI integration, telephony frameworks, or AWS services.
  • Prior work on large enterprise Contact Center transformation projects.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal oversight.
