Job Description – Junior Event Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Event Executive who is energetic, resourceful, and passionate about the hustle of events. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in multiple aspects of event execution from vendor coordination to on-ground support. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, solving problems on the go, and being part of memorable events, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations team with day-to-day event coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Support in logistics, transport coordination, and movement of event materials.
  • Be on-ground during events to manage tasks, troubleshoot, and provide support wherever needed.
  • Help with setup and breakdown of event spaces.
  • Manage and maintain event-related inventory.
  • Provide assistance in RSVP coordination and guest management if required.
  • Be the go-to person for any "running around" tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate

  • 0–2 years of experience in event management / hospitality / transport coordination (freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and willing to take up any task that comes their way.
  • Loves the hustle and fast-paced nature of the events industry.
  • Good communication in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Should own a smartphone (two-wheeler is a plus).
