Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designing and customizing holiday packages as per client requirements.
  • Creating, modifying, and sharing itineraries with clients.
  • Handling outbound calls – communicating with clients to understand travel needs, provide package details, and close bookings.
  • Coordinating with B2B partners/vendors to source the best rates and services.
  • Managing client queries professionally over phone and email.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of bookings and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Must have strong knowledge of holiday packages, itineraries, and destinations.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Freshers not allowed.
  • Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
