Leverage Customer base to enhance business opportunities

Identifying new business opportunities and keeping track of upcoming projects through primary and secondary sources.

Should be known what is E-tendering and what is the step of uploading a Bid against E –Tender.

Preparation of Tender documents, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for quotation (RFQ) and Expression of Interest (EOI) and ensure their timely submission, and thereafter negotiating and finalizing deals.

Should be fully conversant with E-Tendering procedure to upload proposals. To be experienced in preparation for bids/tenders/proposals.

Be the single point of contact with foreign principal/Indian customer for monitoring and complying with the tender terms for both pre and post contract period.

Networking within the industry, government agencies and others for the smooth Pre and Post bidding operations.

To reply to various techno-commercial queries of the clients and to make presentations on the progress of the project.

Ensure timely deliveries and resolution of project execution issues.

Generation of Project Leads

Project Coordination for the Customer and International Principal.

Should have relevant experience and business contacts within Oil & Gas Companies, like ONGC, Reliance, Cairns, and Gail etc.

Fluency in spoken & written grammatically correct English with good vocabulary.

Area of work will be in the Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences and Marine Ocean Engineering, Space Research, Offshore Engineering, Energy and Health Care Sector.

To search for the qualified reputed overseas company for association for the identified new projects.

Should be fully conversant with digital marketing including Social media platforms and content writing.

Should be prepared to occasionally travel nationally and internationally for project pursuance.

Should be presentable with professional etiquettes for interaction with Foreign businesses and Indian Scientific Organizations.

Should have interpersonal qualities to build network with clients and customers in India for effective result oriented result.

Should have international business exposure, sourcing reputed foreign companies for projects in India to partner with our company.
