Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented Project Sales Engineer with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in high-value capital equipment. This role demands a strong sales acumen, P&L understanding, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable deals. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and successful execution of industrial automation and lithium battery projects.  
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving defined sales targets.
- Expand B2B project sales in lithium battery assembly lines, automation, robotics, and testing equipment.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals with clear profit and loss analysis, ROI justification, and investment planning.
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure profitable execution of client projects.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and large energy solution providers.
- Represent SEMCO at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in capital equipment/project sales within automation or lithium battery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B technical project sales.
- Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss accounts, project costing, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to drive customer confidence.
