Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Officer
to join our growing team. The role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (BFSI preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
