ABOUT THE TEAM

The People Partnering team at Tide plays a pivotal role in driving business success by acting as strategic advisors and coaches to leaders at all levels. We provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent development, employee relations, and engagement, ensuring a positive and high-performance culture. Embedded within the business, we use data-driven insights to shape policies, pre-empt workforce challenges, and lead high-impact initiatives that enable Tideans to do work they love.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior People Partner, you'll be:

  • Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across Tide's Product and Engineering division, shaping organisational design, workforce planning, performance, and engagement strategies that drive growth and scalability.
  • Mentoring and coaching a team of People Partners, ensuring they're empowered to partner effectively with leaders and teams, while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Navigating complex people challenges with sound judgement, balancing commercial priorities with empathy, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws across multiple regions.
  • Using people data and insights to influence senior stakeholders, guide decision-making, and measure the impact of people initiatives across your client groups.
  • Partnering with leaders to strengthen engagement, retention, and development through thoughtful action planning, talent strategies, and performance enablement.
  • Advising on organisational design and succession planning to ensure teams are structured and equipped to meet current and future business needs.
  • Driving change by equipping leaders with the tools and confidence to lead effectively, while championing Tide's values and culture at every level.
  • Promoting DEI across all aspects of the employee experience, ensuring inclusivity is embedded in how we hire, develop, and grow our people.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, including partnering with senior leadership.
  • A strong track record of leading HR within technology or product-led organisations.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching less experienced HR business partners.
  • Understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly across India and Europe.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent judgement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, coaching, and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead change at pace and foster high engagement and performance.
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and continuously improving how we work.
