About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Manager, People & Culture to lead HR initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving employee engagement, organizational development, and culture transformation.

You will partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that support business goals, enhance employee experience, and strengthen organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with leadership to support talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including performance, development, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to support data-driven decisions.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and foster career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, or organizational development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
