The role involves defining test strategy, driving automation, managing test cycles, and guiding the QA team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead QA activities across engineering and web applications.Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright/Cypress.Create and execute manual/automation test plans for functional, regression, and API testing.Ensure test coverage, release quality, and defect reporting.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.Mentor QA engineers and oversee daily QA operations.Contribute to CI/CD test integration.RequirementsRequired Skills8–10 years of QA experience with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.Strong in automation (Selenium + 1 additional framework).Good experience in testing web applications and basic understanding of engineering/AEC workflows.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, API testing, and defect management tools.Hands-on experience with Java or Python for automation.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.Nice to HaveExposure to engineering or AEC tools/products (basic understanding is sufficient).Knowledge of performance or security testing tools.Soft SkillsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
