We are seeking a QA Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, as well as leading QA automation team.

Mandate:

1. Good technical expertise.

2. Passion for presales and growth. Also, some experience with proposals and estimation.

3. Managerial expertise is optional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Lead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testing.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10-12 years total experience, 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
