About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic QA Practice Lead with strong expertise in Selenium and Cucumber, who can drive automation excellence while contributing to presales activities such as proposal support, estimations, and client solutioning.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in QA automation, passionate about growth, and capable of shaping quality strategies and frameworks across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Lead and mentor QA automation engineers to implement best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test strategies and ensure robust test coverage.
  • Contribute to presales efforts, including preparing proposals, effort estimations, and client presentations.
  • Review, optimize, and maintain automation scripts for improved performance and reliability.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the automation environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA tools, methodologies, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1012 years of overall experience, with 6+ years in QA Automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or equivalent languages.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and integration of automated tests.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to presales activities proposals, estimations, and client interactions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for innovation and organizational growth.
  • Managerial experience is optional but advantageous.
