Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research using various tools such as Manupatra, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and other databases.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on secondary research findings.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to provide support during litigations and arbitrations.
  • Perform primary research by gathering relevant data from public records, interviews, and other sources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (legal industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master's degree in Law (LLM) from an accredited institution.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good English communication skills required.
