Are you analytical, curious, and passionate about turning data into insights? We're looking for a
Research Analyst
to join our Singapore-based team to support strategic decision-making through in-depth research, data analysis, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., databases, surveys, reports)
  • Prepare research reports, briefings, and presentations with actionable insights
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and policy changes
  • Assist with the design of research methodologies, surveys, and data models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, product, or client teams
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of research outputs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Political Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or SQL) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and curiosity
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore
