Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Onboard new users (students, parents, or institutional clients) and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
  • Handle inbound and outbound queries via phone, email, chat, or video.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proactively identify potential challenges or upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a customer-first experience.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base/FAQs and suggest product or process improvements based on user feedback.
