Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in organic chemistry to develop new chemical compounds with potential pharmaceutical applications.
  • Design, synthesize, purify, and characterize novel organic molecules using various techniques such as NMR, IR, GC-MS, HPLC etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate experimental results into larger project goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of experiments, data analysis, and conclusions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in the field of organic chemistry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Chemistry from a reputed university.
  • 0-4 years of postdoctoral experience (freshers can apply).
  • Strong background in organic chemistry with expertise in synthesis, purification, characterization of organic molecules.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
