Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Scientist located in Hyderabad. The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for conducting day-to-day research and development activities, performing laboratory work related to formulation projects, and overseeing technology transfer processes. Responsibilities also include designing and optimizing new formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Laboratory Skills and Formulation techniques
  • Experienced in Technology Transfer processes
  • Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Master's or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical development is a plus
