We are seeking an IT Support Analyst with expertise in MSI and 4 years of experience in AppV Packaging. The ideal candidate will have:

- Proficiency in creating MSI packages using Admi studio/InstallShield.

- Hands-on experience in generating packages with AppV 5.0/AppV 5.1/Numecent.

- Ability in creating Connection groups and Run virtual keys.

- Experience in scripting with VBScript/PowerShell.

- Knowledge of Operating Systems like Win 10, Win11, and Server platforms.

Responsibilities include supporting the Service & Product Manager across various technical domains, contributing expertise to manage existing and new IT products and services, defining workarounds for known errors, and initiating process improvements. Troubleshooting skills and maintaining a knowledge database are essential.

Key qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in application packaging within a global enterprise environment.

- Proficiency in translating non-technical business requirements into technical specifications.

- Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell and VbScript, along with packaging technologies like InstallShield, Admin Studio, MSI, App-v, Appsense, VMware UEM.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at technical troubleshooting and solution design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
