Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage table settings, ensuring all tables are properly prepared and maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Steward or Sr. Steward in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and other beverages, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
