Job Description:
Role: Senior Associate Credentialing
Location: Hyderabad
Timings: Night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM)
Role & responsibilities :
1.Application management: Complete and submit provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications to health plans and other entities.
2.Record maintenance: Compile, update, and maintain accurate, confidential, and current data on all providers.
3.Primary source verification: Verify credentials like licenses, degrees, and certifications directly with the issuing sources.
4.Document tracking: Track and maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice coverage.
5.Compliance and reporting: Monitor applications for potential issues and ensure providers meet current health plan and regulatory requirements.
6.System and database management: Set up and maintain provider information in credentialing databases and systems.
7.Coordination: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as the medical staff office, compliance, finance, and insurance companies.
8.Privileging: Process and track applications for the appointment and reappointment of provider privileges.
