Your Role

Campus & Event Activations

  • Drive brand activations across colleges and youth hubs.
  • Build relationships with cultural committees, student leaders, and event organizers.
  • Liaise with college authorities and partners to ensure smooth approvals and setups.

Execution & On-Ground Management

  • Manage event logistics end-to-end – from vendor coordination to setup and execution.
  • Handle last-minute challenges with confidence and ensure seamless experiences.
  • Represent the brand on-ground, engaging directly with students and audiences.

Influencer & Student Creator Engagement

  • Identify and nurture upcoming student creators and micro-influencers.
  • Run digital campaigns with them to amplify campus buzz.
  • Grow and manage a youth influencer community as part of our affiliate network.

Reporting & Insights

  • Document event outcomes, gather student feedback, and track campaign results.
  • Share learnings and ideas to improve future activations.
