Requirements:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan, pitch, and execute events, activations, and large-scale experiential projects end-to-end.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and production plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless collaboration between design, creative, and client-servicing departments.

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize vendors, suppliers, and partners for events.
  • Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards at every stage.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project planning and execution.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable production plans.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide production executives, interns, and support teams.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Innovation & Industry Insights

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and experiential innovations.
  • Implement creative production techniques and cutting-edge solutions in projects.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in event production or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale events, activations, and multi-brand campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of event production, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
