Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive at IBDIC, you will be at the heart of driving brand visibility, engaging stakeholders, and bringing our product stories to life. You will work across campaigns, events, and content initiatives to position IBDIC as the go-to partner for trust-driven financial and trade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaigns & Content

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for IBDICs products and initiatives.
  • Develop marketing collaterals including digital collaterals, brochures, presentations, product sheets, and newsletters.
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling to boost brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with design teams/agencies for creatives and videos.
  • Continuous engagement of stakeholders and industry through webinars, podcasts and Think Tanks

2. Events & Outreach

  • Support participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Handle event logistics, stall setup, branding, and on-ground promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for speaker slots, panel discussions, and demos.

3. Digital & PR

  • Maintain website content and ensure product pages are updated.
  • Assist in managing PR activities, including press releases and media coverage tracking.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance (social media, campaigns, website traffic).
  • Run digital media campaigns

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with product, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Gather product updates, case studies, and success stories for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, Canva/Adobe tools, and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
