- Role: Office Coordinator cum Telesales Executive
- Location: New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Gender : Female candidates only
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Conduct telesales activities to promote our consultancy services and generate leads.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in vendor coordination and basic administrative tasks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
