About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our market presence and boost sales in key territories across Assam and the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will come with proven experience in the real estate industry, a strong network, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers.
  • Strengthen and expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue private and government projects.
  • Conduct detailed territory mapping (segment-wise, application-wise, and potential-wise).
  • Prepare, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Building Materials industry.
  • Strong network of architects, contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Proven skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
