Job Summary:

We are seeking a tech-savvy professional to join our team as a CRM Application Support Executive. The ideal candidate will support end users in the effective use of the CRM system, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and assist in MIS reporting and dashboard development to support decision-making across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Service Desk and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM application support, handling user issues, queries, and functional troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to understand their requirements and optimize CRM workflows.
  • Support CRM configuration, user access, data entry validations, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, monitor duplicate records, and support periodic data cleansing.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Generate regular reports (e.g., lead funnel, conversion rate, sales pipeline, customer engagement) as per requirements.
  • Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM support, preferably with systems like CentraHub, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they integrate into CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and report automation.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports using built-in CRM tools
