About the Role:

We are looking for self-driven, dynamic and target-driven Media Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising solutions (airtime and integrated media campaigns) to clients. This role demands both strategic thinking and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Revenue – Identify and acquire new clients by selling radio air-time and other advertising solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Development – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers across sectors (TV, radio, outdoor, digital) and secure budget share for our medium.
  • Creative Campaign Solutions – Understand client needs, take briefs, and propose innovative and effective media campaigns.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Monitor competitor activities, emerging advertising trends, and identify market shifts and new opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing – Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into successful campaigns and long-term clients.
  • Market Mapping – Identify high-potential markets and analyze product/competitor trends to strategize outreach.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare detailed sales reports, monthly sales plans, and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Campaign Implementation – Oversee execution of advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

-Proven experience in media/ad sales, preferably in radio, TV, or digital

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Strong understanding of the media landscape and advertising ecosystem

-Ability to think creatively and deliver client-focused solutions

-Result-oriented mindset with a hunger to meet and exceed targets

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
