Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex to enhance business processes in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce Admin functionalities to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce DevOps Data Loader for efficient data management and migration tasks.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Medical Devices sector.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with Salesforce advancements and best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Salesforce features.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to improve business processes. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development and customization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Admin tasks and configurations.
  • Have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps Data Loader for data management.
  • Show a deep understanding of the Medical Devices domain and its specific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
