Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable 
Account Manager
 to manage the brand's day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. The role will ensure accuracy in financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and provide insights for effective financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 
    day-to-day accounting operations
    , including bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain 
    monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
    .
  • Assist in 
    budget planning
     and track actuals against budgets to provide variance analysis.
  • Oversee 
    cash flow management
     and ensure timely expense and revenue tracking.
  • Handle 
    GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
    , coordinating with external auditors and consultants as required.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Support management in 
    financial forecasting, annual budget preparation, and strategy planning
    .
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders for financial matters.
  • Implement process improvements for greater financial efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books
     or similar accounting software.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small, dynamic team.
