Knowledge on recruitment skills.

Knowledge of IT recruitments is added advantage.

Excellent in computer skills with good understanding with MSOffice.

Screening, sourcing and tele-interviewing the candidate.

Knowledge of Job Portals specifically Naukri, keen to do sourcing.

Should be focused to submit quality resumes on daily basis.

Should be with positive attitude, eager to take challenges and work accordingly.

Job posting and maintaining the database of prospective candidates.

Ability to do multi tasking.

Goal oriented-results achiever, meeting deadlines
