Immigration Consultant – Full-Time | Permanent

What You'll Do*

  • Handle *inbound leads* assigned via our internal software and conduct engaging *initial telephonic counseling sessions*.
  • Identify qualified candidates* and arrange in-person counseling meetings when required.
  • Achieve a *minimum of 6 successful client conversions per month* through professional and ethical consultation.
  • Provide *accurate, up-to-date advice* on overseas immigration options, eligibility criteria, and visa processes based on client profiles and current immigration laws.
  • Conduct *fair and transparent profile evaluations*, offering tailored global career strategies.
  • Maintain *consistent communication* with clients via phone and email to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure *complete and accurate documentation* of every client interaction with timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Meet monthly performance goals while contributing to the *overall success of the team*.
  • Uphold the *highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality* in every interaction.
