About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage client coordination and operational activities. You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients from the building material industry to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect and coordinate with architects and interior designers for client requirements.
Schedule and manage client-designer appointments and follow-up meetings.
Support client onboarding, review sessions, and operational processes.
Maintain accurate records of activities, daily reports, and monthly summaries.
Engage directly with clients from industries such as marble, furniture, lighting, and home automation.
Work with internal teams to align deliverables and ensure project success.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in business operations, client service, or coordination roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive in problem-solving and client follow-ups.
Prior exposure to the building material or design industry is an advantage.
Strong teamwork and accountability.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
