Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective channel management, client meetings, and target planning.
  • Develop and execute strategies for field sales activities, including primary sales, retail sales, B2C sales, direct sales, insurance sales, mutual funds sales, SIPs, ULIPs, GIs & MFs.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity to drive growth in investment products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of experience in field sales or related roles with expertise in investment plans (investment products).
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels such as channel sales strategy development.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue generation targets through effective sales activities like client meeting management.
