  • Broad Function:
  • We are seeking an experienced and creativeSeniorGraphic Designer / Visual Communicator who can translate conceptual ideas and key information into engaging visuals. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling designs that align with our/ Client\u2019s brand identity system and effectively communicate our message to the audiences.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create impactful, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing communication materials in various formats for publishing/circulating on digital, and print, platforms.
  • Design various types of communication materials, including but not limited to, banners, posters, infographics, technical diagrams, e-books, newsletters, web pages, brochures & flyers, case studies, social media posts, backdrops, standees, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and design outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
  • Effectively utilize design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • *Requirements*
  • **Bachelor\u2019s degree in graphic design or a related field.****
  • **A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of works (as mentioned above), creativity, and originality.****
  • **A good sense of marketing communication design and information design with sharp audience understanding is a must.****
  • **Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) as well as Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint).****
  • **Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.****
  • **Familiarity with using Canva, Mid journey, and other generative AI tools to increase productivity.****
  • **Excellent communication and collaboration skills.****
  • **Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.****
  • **Experience of working in both B2C and B2B marketing environments is desired.****
  • **Agency background with BFSI project experience will be an added advantage.****
  • **Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and calmly handle competing priorities with tight deadlines.****
