Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lounge Manager to lead our Inej Digital Lounge, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experience, and effective team leadership in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the F&B and service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Monitor lounge ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Plan and execute operational strategies to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and administration teams for seamless operations.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and revenue tracking.
  • Prepare daily reports and update management on operational performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Lounge/Restaurant/Hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Guest-oriented with a passion for premium hospitality.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and lead by example.

Location: Mumbai – Inej Digital Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives + Meal
