Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Inej Digital Lounge, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction during their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily lounge operations and ensure seamless guest service during assigned shifts.
  • Lead, train, and guide the team to maintain service excellence.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor adherence to hygiene, grooming, and SOP standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and F&B teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports to the Lounge Manager.
  • Maintain inventory and stock checks during the shift.
  • Ensure staff compliance with attendance, punctuality, and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in F&B service or lounge operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Guest-focused, professional, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced lounge environment.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Location: Mumbai – Inej Digital Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Shift-based)

Salary: Salary + incentive + Meals

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
