Global Sales Enablement Manager

Main purpose of the job:
At Sycurio, we're redefining secure, seamless payment experiences for contact centers worldwide. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you'll lead the development of a enablement program that equips our sales teams to confidently position and sell Sycurio's solution.
This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our enablement strategy as we evolve into a modern, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platform. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on enablement professional who thrives at the intersection of technical understanding, sales performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Enablement Programs: From onboarding to ongoing coaching, create personalized, data-driven experiences aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
- Product & Messaging Alignment: Partner with Product to deeply understand Sycurio's solutions and work with Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging.
- Asset Creation: Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials tailored to industries and use cases.
- Content Management: Own and maintain the enablement content repository in Hubspot, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and actionable.
- Field Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging resonates and evolves based on field insights.
- Performance Tracking: Measure program effectiveness through adoption, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously iterate based on rep input, win/youloss analysis, and market shifts.
Key qualifications, skills, experience:
- 6+ years' experience in Sales Enablement or Technical Training
- Strong interest/experience in facilitating in-person and virtual enablement in global SaaS businesses
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize performance using internal tools
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong familiarity with enterprise sales motions—including pre-sales and technical sales—as well as established sales methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Experience working with international markets and global teams. Comfortable navigating cultural nuances and adapting enablement strategies across regions
- Proficiency in enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
This role will be required to work UK business hours
