Role Summary:We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to take ownership of our technical documentation. This role requires an experienced professional who can create, manage, and enhance documentation for our platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive technical content that enables our users and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and release notes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content. Maintain and improve documentation standards to ensure consistency, readability, and usability.

Create tutorials, FAQs, and how-to guides to enhance user onboarding and self-service support. Work closely with customer success and support teams to identify common user pain points and enhance documentation accordingly. Ensure documentation is up to date with product changes and new feature releases.

Optimize content for SEO and accessibility to improve discoverability and ease of use. Qualification and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.

Key Skills: Soft Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and detail. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of APIs, software development, and SaaS products. Portfolio of published work (blog, product documentation, articles, etc.)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman) is a plus.
