Job Description:
Were looking for a Senior Technical Writer who can own the end-to-end documentation
experience for our platform - from API references and developer guides that accelerate
integration, to release notes and enablement content that empower customers and partners to
get the most value from our products. Sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Product
Management, and Customer Success, youll be the voice that makes every release not just
understandable, but impactful, ensuring our innovations are supported by clear, accurate, and
actionable documentation. Your work will be essential in helping external developers build
faster, while giving higher-ed program administrators and customer-facing teams the confidence
to adopt new capabilities with ease.
Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile :
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Writer (developer and product documentation).
- Strong ability to write for both technical (engineers, developers) and non-technical (admins, end users) audiences.
- Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger, Readme, ???, etc.).
- Exposure to HTML/Markdown, Git workflows, or docs-as-code.
- Experience producing release notes and product launch content.
- Excellent written communication and information design skills.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and CS.
- Experience in SaaS developer platforms a bonus
