Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Operations Lead. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective coordination among various departments. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives. The Operations Lead will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Process Optimization skills
  • Experience in coordinating between departments and managing performance metrics
  • Strong Strategic Initiatives implementation and Compliance management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in L&D or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
